Nick Iaderosa
CEO and Founder, Axis Medical
Nick graduated from Illinois State University in 1998 and entered the operating room just two weeks later with US Surgical (now Covidien). Over the next two decades, he built a reputation as a trusted sales leader in the spinal implant and biologics industry, combining technical expertise with deep surgeon relationships.
After successful tenures with Kyphon (prior to and during the Medtronic acquisition) and Spineology, where he managed multi-state independent distributor networks, Nick recognized structural inefficiencies in the traditional distribution model. In 2012, he founded Sanita Medical, which evolved into Axis Medical — a premier distributor known for compliance, surgeon trust, and OEM alignment.
Today, with over 27 years in medical device sales and 20 years specializing in spinal implants, Nick leads Axis with a vision to modernize how biologic and implant technologies reach the operating room.
